AB/DL

Since starting in Cuddle Therapy in 2015, I’ve had an occasional client come to me and openly share their involvement in the AB/DL world while I’ve cuddled with them. How many didn’t share with me? Who can say! What I do know is that working with a client who identifies with AB/DL are some of my favorite clients!
I remember hearing a presentation on AB/DL by Dr. Rhoda Lipscomb at the ALT-Sex Conference in NYC in 2019. It was so informative. I appreciated it. As a member of the kink/BDSM community, the AB/DL world is familiar to me and it was great to learn more! In that same thread, I continue to educate myself and recently completed training from TASHRA called A Clinician’s Guide to Ageplay, ABDL, and Littles, as I want to have more understanding as my client list grows. It’s kind of what I do, take deep dives into the communities I serve, wanting to give the best care I can.
Do you need to be working with a talk therapist to see me as a client? Absolutely not!
In my in-person connection sessions, I encourage clients to be authentically them so I can celebrate the real you! While new clients must follow my new client protocols around clothing requirements (clients must wear at least long shorts or pants and a shirt or tank - I don’t care what you wear under or over those clothes), established clients can request adjustments to that policy. Note that I do not participate in any diapering, nursing, etc. I’m joining you with my mom-energy and my mom-love. Sessions can include cuddling, but it’s never a requirement. We will find the connection that feels best for both of us. Sessions are platonic in contact, but conversation can cover many topics.
Virtual support is also available over Zoom or phone. These coaching sessions offer distant clients a chance to be supported and celebrated.
I offer in-person connection sessions around San Diego and across Southern California. I also see clients in the Mid-Atlantic on a quarterly schedule. Not in those areas? No problem! I’m also available for more extensive travel.
